The Alphatech Lift IP intercom device is designed for emergency voice and video connection between the elevator cabin/lift car and emergency services, such as the fire brigade, police, or other relevant personnel. The device meets the requirements of the standards EN 81-28 and EN 81-70.

- The Alphatech Lift IP elevator intercom is designed for communication between the lift car/elevator cabin and the control room, as well as for monitoring the operating conditions of the elevator cabin.
- It is intended for installation in the elevator machine room or the elevator cabin.
- The Alphatech Lift IP can operate both autonomously and in conjunction with an IP PBX / SIP server / IP telephone exchange / IP phone system.
- Optional video calls with desktop IP video phones, Windows PC application, or mobile user applications (Android, Apple iOS).
- The Alphatech Lift IP intercom features four logic inputs and two relay outputs, enabling the monitoring and control of the elevator cabin's operating states.
- The intercom Alphatech Lift IP enables the playback of user messages stored on the integrated microSD card.
- The Alphatech Lift IP intercom is configured via the web interface.
- For integration, the Lift IP intercom offers standard SNMP and HTTP interfaces.
- The Alphatech Lift IP intercom supports connection to the optional iBell Cloud system, through which the Lift IP system can be remotely configured, and it enables audio and video communication with the car/elevator cabin.
